4-Week Wheel Class

Make mugs, bowls and more when you learn the wheel through our multi-week workshop!

Students will gain a basic orientation to the pottery studio and potters wheel while throwing functional pottery such as mugs and bowls. Potters will create and attach handles, trim their work on the wheel, and slow the drying process of their pieces to maximize success. Participants will be encouraged to select their favorite two to three pieces from each day of class to move forward in the pottery making process, learning how to finish their chosen pieces and reclaim the rest along the way. 

Open to students aged 10 and up. Kids under 12 must also have a parent or guardian enrolled and attending their specific workshop with them.
