Refunds/Rescheduling

Because we are a small local business with staff that are scheduled for events ahead of time, we are unable to offer refunds on bookings made on our website, but we will be more than happy to issue you store credit via a digital gift certificate to be redeemed at classes at either of our studios.

To be eligible for a rescheduling, please notify us no less than 24 hours before the event is scheduled to begin by emailing info@terracottapullman.com. We will respond to your request, and work with you to reschedule you for an alternate day, time, or event to replace the event you were previously scheduled for.

Surrendered Goods

We are a small studio and every square inch of shelf space makes a difference in our ability to keep prices low. All unclaimed pottery that is three months old or more that has not been picked up by its creator becomes the property of the studio and will be rehomed.
