Join us to sculpt mini cottages, our favorite places and a truly custom holiday village! These little homes are perfect for candles, gifts,  gardens and more. This workshop is up-to-3 hours of unplugged, dirty-hands creativity and fun each week.  And because it's a series, artists are able to continue work on their houses each week, and apply  s'graffito decorating techniques, too.

In this workshop series, we create little houses that can be used as fairy houses in the garden, candle luminaries, incense holders with working chimneys (our fav!) holiday villages, and more! . The buildings vary in size from 2” by 2” to about 5” by 5”—depending on the artist’s inspiration.

We provide building textures, such as brick, planks, siding, shingles and more—as well as templates for cutting out the sides, roof, doors and windows. And—you’re also welcome to find inspiration online and bring your own tools and materials.  Plus make your own tiny stepping stones, garden path, itty-bitty gargoyles, miniature furniture and more.

This workshop is perfect for potters of all skill levels and ages. Kids over 5 are welcome as part of a multi-person booking with a parent/grandparent to help facilitate their creation. Each course needs a minimum of four students, so be sure to recruit some friends!

All firing and dip-glazing included. Because pottery painting takes significant time, a separate booking is needed for that type of glazing.

Please be prompt: Due to the small size and shared community nature of our studio, we are unable to hold unclaimed work. Pottery that is unclaimed within three months of making  becomes the property of the studio and may be given away, sold, or donated at the discretion of the owner of the studio. Please be prompt when glazing and picking up your work so that we can continue to offer maximum access at minimal cost for our community, thank you!
