Tiny Gingerbread Village Ornaments
Tiny Gingerbread Village Ornaments
How does it get better than itty-bitty custom homes, shops and happy places decorating your tree?
With up to 1 lb of clay and two hours in the studio, you can create about a dozen one-of-a-kind itty-bitty house ornaments in this workshop.
Available in all three studios on these dates:
Thursday, Nov. 6, 4:30pm
Saturday, Nov. 15, 11am
Sunday, Nov. 30, 1pm (Pullman and Moscow only)
Be sure to select which studio you will be taking the class in: Pullman, Moscow or Colfax.
Gingerbread houses are intended to remain mostly unglazed, taking advantage of the beautiful natural color and texture of the terracotta clay. We offer complimentary dip glazing, which includes white, to add "snow" details as desired.
Workshop includes all materials, firing and dip-glazing. Pottery painting (dozens of color options) is available with a second, separate booking.
All Abilities Welcome and Celebrated.
Because pottery takes a minimum of two weeks to complete in the studio during cooler months, you need to get in early to create ornaments for the holiday season. Images are examples of what can be made in the workshop; everyone's creations are unique and original to the artist making them.
