Let the kids enjoy the rides and attractions while you enjoy some Rosé and Clay at the Latah County Fair!
With a menu that includes three types of all-abilities pottery projects and your first glass of Rosé, seats are limited to folks aged 21+. Artists may bring in their own food from the fairgrounds while they create a new kind of fair tradition.
Artists 21+ can stay in our pop-up pottery studio just off the promenade for up to four hours. Each seat is for a single project; folks are welcome to book seats for multiple projects. The start time is 1:30pm.

Rosé & Clay Pottery Pop-Up project options:
Option 1: The Latah County Fair, in miniature (starts at 1pm)
We're not supposed to have favorite workshops, but this is our favorite! In this imaginative workshop, artists of all abilities will sculpt a mini version of a part of the Latah County Fair. It can be a 4-H barn, exhibition hall, rides, games, food--and of course the people that bring it all to life. If this is the project you choose, please plan to stay for at least three hours. Folks get really into this one.
Option 2: Mini Pottery Pumpkin Patch (starts at 2pm):
With our wide selection of texture rollers and templates, artists will learn how to sculpt a selection of mini pumpkins using beginner-friendly techniques. All tools, materials, firing and dip-glazing and first glass of rose, included. This workshop can be finished in less than two hours, but folks are welcome to stay for longer.
Option 3: Piggy (or chicken, cow, or other 4-H animals) (starts at 3pm):
In this beginner-friendly workshop, artists of all abilities will create and customize a pinch-pot animal sculpture to make saving up for next year's fair (or vacation, rainy day or date night!) a little more fun and festive! Customize your little bank with a wardrobe and accessories. This workshop can be finished in less than two hours, but folks are welcome to stay longer.
