Day One: During the first day of camp, our tweens will learn the basics of pottery and become oriented to the studio and how to use our tools, equipment and share a community creative space. They will start their slab-building process of building a tiny houses out of clay.
Day Two: Students will resume their ceramic work, paying special attention to details and texture of their houses and villages. Students will continue on their village, and begin on their "lake house" dishes.
Day Three: Students are encouraged to take a spin on our pottery wheels and explore our other studio art forms, including mosaics, fused glass and glazing. Glass and glazed creations are then fired overnight and ready to go home on Day 4.
